Maria Fisher-Proulx is a human resources generalist. As a co-founder of Future Directives, LLC, she is instrumental in helping clients find cost effective solutions to their unique human resource challenges. Maria has developed a wide range of human resource programs and policies ranging from Employee Handbooks, Compensation Management to specific Training needs. She has over twenty five years experience in the human resource field, twenty-two years experience in the banking industry and ten years experience in finance, retail and manufacturing. Ms. Fisher-Proulx holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University, a Professional Certification in Human Resource Management from the University of New Haven Graduate School and is a graduate of the Connecticut and National School of Finance and Management. She is a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut, The Society of Human Resources Management, Chairperson for the Greater New Haven Chamber Human Resource Council and a former member of the Connecticut Bankers Association Human Resource Committee.

Julie A. Dauria's human resources generalist experience is largely concentrated in staff reorganization and cost containment. She has developed start-up procedures for human resource departments geared to assist small businesses, especially in the area of benefit planning. A co-founder of Future Directives, LLC, she is dedicated to implementing effective policies and procedures that create a productive "team" approach to problem solving. Julie has over fifteen years experience in the human resource field, sixteen years experience in the banking industry, fifteen years experience in health care and eight years experience in manufacturing. She is the former Chairperson of the Mary Wade Home Personnel Committee, member and Secretary of the Steering Committee of the Greater New Haven Human Resources Council, and former member of the Connecticut Bankers Association.
