Turnover Management
With our turnover management service we provide you with a resignation form, exit interview report and reference release form. We conduct exit interviews with your employees and ensure that they have completed the proper documents and received COBRA notification if applicable. We attend unemployment hearings on behalf of the company. Note: Exit interviews are a prime opportunity to gain information on employment conditions, management behavior and help defuse potential employee law suits. Information on why an employee is leaving can be beneficial to a company. This information can be used to contest unemployment claims and help keep your taxes to a minimum. Employees leaving your company who are treated with dignity and courtesy are far more likely to retain a favorable impression of the company.
