Succession Planning
Every business has one or two key employees who are crucial to the operation or survival of the company. In the day-to-day business routine we rarely take the time to look at these positions and ask ourselves "How would we replace these people if they left?" Let Future Directives, LLC work with you to develop a Succession Plan. We will review the skills and experience of your workforce, help you detect vulnerable areas, identify possible replacements and develop action plans.
Career Development
Career Development is a crucial proponent to Succession Planning. As part of this process, employees and supervisors will work together to discuss long and short-term career goals and develop plans for growth and development. Career development sends a message to your employees that you are willing to promote from within and that you care about their growth in the company.
Employee Opinion Surveys
Employee opinion surveys are offered through one of our affiliates and is an additional cost to our retainer clients. It is an excellent way to touch the pulse of your organization.
