Health & Safety Committees
In 1993, the state legislature passed Public Act 93-228, a reform bill to Workers' Compensation Act, requiring Connecticut employers, public and private with 25 or more employees, to implement safety and health programs. We will work with your company to set up these committees to comply with this public act.

The Kaizen program is offered through one of our affiliates and there is an additional charge for retainer clients. Kaizen is a structured method of continuously improving processes through focused project teams making significant, low cost changes within short time periods, usually five days. The object is to improve through the application of intelligence and ingenuity rather than money.
